"Well, I was with state farm quite a few years ago, in another city. The agent I had at the time was not helpful at all. I was so disappointed that I changed my insurance to a competor. Then I was shopping around for a better rate for a neighbor and I got a quote from Ms. Kelly. She was so helpful in any questions or scenarios I had, to help my neighbor get a better rate. Ms. Kelly helped to get the insurance from $323 a month to $230 a month. Exact same coverage. That was so amazing because my neighbor is on a fixed income. After that I changed my insurance to state farm and I save $30 a month. I am happy with that and KELLY you are so sweet. Thank you for all your help. Tiffany , Kelly is a keeper.. thank you guys Marie"
